Return & Refund Policy
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for colognes. However, clothing items may be exchanged if the size or color is incorrect. To initiate a size/ color exchange, customers must email and let us know that their size is wrong then return the original item to the sender address once confirmed by us. Once the item is received, we will promptly ship the correct size.
Refunds will not be issued for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If an order was shipped and customer is issued a refund. Shipping will not be included in the refund.
International orders may be subject to duties and import taxes.
Damaged product refunds:
Refunds will only be issued upon receipt of clear photo evidence demonstrating valid and explainable product damage.
Order Support Policy
Customers must contact Sayles & Co. within 30 days of confirmed shipment for any order-related concerns, including damages, missing items, or product issues. Requests submitted after 30 days may not be eligible for review.
Cold Weather Notice:
Our oils may temporarily solidify during cold weather shipping. This is a normal occurrence and does not affect the quality, safety, or scent of the product. Oils will return to liquid form once brought to room temperature. Refunds or replacements are only issued if the product is permanently damaged.
Discount Refund Policy Clause
If a customer applies or uses any external or third-party discount, promo code, store credit, influencer code, affiliate code, or promotion not issued directly through Sayles & Co. Fragrances’ website, all Sayles & Co. website discounts and promotions are automatically voided for that order.
Because the original website discount is canceled once an outside discount is used, Sayles & Co. Fragrances is unable to refund, reapply, or adjust any website discounts after purchase. This includes refunds requested due to discount discrepancies, stacking errors, or promotional misunderstandings.
By completing checkout, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
Subscribe & Save Refund Policy
Orders placed through our Subscribe & Save program are processed automatically according to the delivery schedule selected at checkout. Once a subscription order has been processed and shipped, the order is considered final and non-refundable.
It is the customer’s responsibility to manage, pause, or cancel their subscription prior to the next billing and shipment date. Cancellations made after an order has shipped will apply to future orders only and will not affect the current shipment.
By enrolling in the Subscribe & Save program, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Order Cancellations/ Changes Outside Operational Hours
At Sayles & Co, we strive to process and fulfill orders as efficiently as possible. Please be aware that if a cancellation or change request is submitted outside of our operational hours (Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST), it may not be reviewed or processed until the next business day. As a result, we are not liable for any inconvenience, delays, or fulfillment actions that occur due to cancellation requests made outside of our regular business hours. We appreciate your understanding and encourage timely communication within our operating schedule.
Once an order is fulfilled we DO NOT edit orders after it has been fulfilled. ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL AFTER TRANSACTIONS ARE COMPLETED.

If, in Our sole discretion, We believe that any such information is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, or you have opted into the Program for an ulterior purpose, We may refuse you access to the program and pursue any appropriate legal remedies.
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 and The General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) allow users of the program who are California or European Union residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of the information you provide through the Program to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

these terms and conditions, including, without limitation, your
agreement to resolve any disputes with us through binding,

you understand that consent is not required to make any purchase from
Us. While you consent to receive messages sent using an autodialer,
the foregoing shall not be interpreted to suggest or imply that any or

only reasonable methods of opting out. You understand and agree that
attempting to opt out by texting other words or verbally requesting

for as a reasonable means of opting out.
You acknowledge that the message frequency is various and that consent
is not a condition to purchase. The program involves recurring mobile
messages, and additional mobile messages may be sent periodically
